I’ve been working with him for the past two years. His pain would often start from the right side of his lower back and then radiate down to his right buttock.
After working with him for a couple weeks, we were able to eliminate this pain and get him back to playing tennis with his kids pain-free.
The main problem stemmed from his shoulders moving independent of his hips so there was a lot of unnecessary twisting.
We fixed this problem with punching.
The drill I go over in today’s video is a perfect exercise that helps you keep your shoulders and hips moving together so that you can maintain a stable spine.
